An experience doctor will comfort the kids while slow lead them into a secure and comfortable environment. In the other hand, the worst doctor will use scare tactic like "stop crying now or you need to stay with me while your mother will have to leave you alone".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These method fail to comfort the toddle but increasing their crying and scaring.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;It is normal for a child to be fearful and parents need to learn in order to cope with their fears. Few tactics could be tried out to lessen their fear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Comfort them and let them know we understand how their feel now.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Explain to them what actually the doctor is doing and if there is a vaccination, let them know the sting or pain will over quickly.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Try role playing with the children and let them experience what is happening in the clinic office. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All toddler fear has its reason and need parents patient to explore. According to expert, forcing a child to use the non dominant hand can create a lot of frustration. It will only confuse them in the long run without any benefit. It is seem as a contradict scenario where most of the past women were eagerly fighting for better career.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The question is now back on whether a woman should give up their career and stay with children at home?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Financial uncertainty will always be the first worry which crossing a mother mind when she is planning to do so. The problem may arise on how long she can sustain with the current financial backup without proper income. The problem can be solved if her partner is having a good income but how about it is not. This is always a crucial issue where good planning and communication is required and the worst scenario will happen if the above is neglected.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After all the struggling and a mother is set to go, it is now moving to a more challenging battle where she need to fight with her own on taking care a child. The mother will feel loss since all the while she is busying focused on her career path. It requires proper mindset development along with her partner support. Do not use it as an excuse and vent the frustration toward your children since it will affect their future development.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is not fix rule on whether to quit or not but every decision has it pros and cons.
